How much are tickets to Eerie Acres Farm?
General Admission is $25 and covers the full haunt, the indoor haunt plus the outdoor cornfield. A Fast Pass is $45 and sends you straight to the front of the line. The Midway, bonfire and beer garden are always free to enter.
What is a Fast Pass?
A Fast Pass is a limited-quantity ticket that takes you right to the front of the line when you arrive. Even on our busiest nights, Fast Pass holders wait about 30 minutes or less. When they're gone for the night, they're gone.
Should I buy tickets online or at the gate?
Online is the easy way: your spot is guaranteed and you skip the booth line. Fast Passes are limited each night, so grab those ahead. The ticket booth opens with the gates, 7 PM on haunt nights, 12 PM on the No-Scare Sunday.
Do you offer group rates?
Yes, groups of 20 or more that rent a private bonfire get $2 off every haunt ticket. It's the best way to run a birthday, team night or youth-group outing. Contact us ahead of your night to arrange it.
What is the refund policy?
Like a concert ticket, all sales are final, no refunds, including for being too scared to finish. If we ever close for unsafe weather, we announce it on our social pages and honor your ticket on another night that season.
Where is Eerie Acres Farm located?
386 Eagle Mill Rd., Butler, PA 16001, in the countryside just outside Butler and about 30 minutes north of Pittsburgh via I-79 or Route 8. Parking is on-site, with attendants directing you in.
When is Eerie Acres Farm open in 2026?
The 2026 season is penciled for October 2–31: every Friday and Saturday night from 7 to 10 PM, plus a No-Scare family Sunday on October 11 (12–5 PM) and an early Sunday night on October 18. The haunt itself opens at dusk.
Are you open rain or shine?
Yes, we usually stay open in the rain, so dress for the weather. If conditions ever become unsafe for guests and actors, we close and post the notice on our social pages, and your tickets are honored another night.
What should I wear?
Real shoes and weather-appropriate layers. The haunt is indoor and outdoor, the cornfield ground is uneven and sometimes wet, and October nights in Butler County get cold. Heels are a genuinely bad idea.
How long does the haunt take?
Plan on 30–45 minutes to get through the indoor haunt and cornfield. The range depends mostly on how quickly you solve the maze at the end. Add Midway time; most groups make a full evening of it.
Is there food and drink?
Every open night the free Midway hosts rotating local food trucks (burgers, pierogies, tacos, fair food, coffee) plus the Grain Bin beer garden pouring local craft beer and wine (21+, no outside alcohol). The lineup for each night is on the schedule page.
Will the actors touch me?
No. Our actors will get close (this is an in-your-face, actor-driven haunt) but they will not touch you, and you're not allowed to touch actors or props. Everyone goes home with the parts they arrived with.
What age is Eerie Acres recommended for?
We admit all ages and leave it to parents' discretion. The haunt is intense. Most kids under 10 will find it genuinely scary. Kids who change their mind inside can ask staff to be walked out (no refunds in that case). The No-Scare Sunday is built for little ones.
Is there anything for kids or people who skip the haunt?
Plenty. The Midway is free: food trucks, vendors, the bonfire and entertainment on special nights. Kids can hang out by the fire with a treat while the rest of the group tours the haunt. Lots of families split up exactly that way.
What special effects should I expect?
Fog, extreme darkness, loud noises, uneven and narrow walkways, and wet or damp surfaces. (We do not use strobe lights.) If you have heart or respiratory problems, are pregnant, or need assistance walking, you should not go through the haunt. The Midway is still yours.
What is Witches' Night Out?
Our annual after-party for Butler's Witches Day Out: free admission to the party, bonfires, food trucks, the beer garden, a live DJ, and a haunt discount for anyone dressed as a witch or warlock. It lands on Witches' Weekend each October.
What's not allowed inside the attraction?
No smoking, lighters, flashlights or phone lights, no flash or video photography, no eating or drinking inside, and no touching actors or props. No running, horseplay, or vulgar behavior anywhere on the farm. We reserve the right to refuse admission.
Can I bring alcohol?
No, outside alcohol never comes onto the property. The Grain Bin beer garden serves local beer and wine on the Midway with valid ID. Anyone who arrives appearing intoxicated will be denied entry, full stop.
Can I bring my dog?
Please leave pets at home. Crowds, fog machines, actors and open fire are no place for them. If you rely on a service animal, contact us before your visit and we'll talk through the safest plan for the night.
Is the haunt wheelchair accessible?
Honestly, parts of it are hard: the haunted house is physically demanding, and the cornfield trail is uneven farm ground. The Midway, bonfire and beer garden are far more manageable. Contact us before your visit and we'll help you plan what's doable.
