1. No purchase necessary
No purchase or ticket is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
2. Sponsor

3. Who can enter
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry and who live within about 60 miles of the farm in Butler, Pennsylvania. Employees and seasonal crew of Sponsor, employees of West Media Group, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
4. Entry period
The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on Sunday, September 27, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Sunday, October 4, 2026. Entries received outside that window will not count.
5. How to enter
Complete the entry form at eerieacresfarm.com/giveaway with your name, email address and ZIP code. Limit one entry per person. Using more than one email address, automated entries, or anybody else's identity voids all of that person's entries. Bonus entry (optional): tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram during the entry period to receive one additional entry, limited to one bonus entry per person. A bonus entry only counts if the same person has also entered through the form, and Sponsor must be able to match the two, which is why the form asks for a Facebook or Instagram name.
6. Drawing and odds
On Monday, October 5, 2026, Sponsor will select 3 winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Prizes
3 prizes will be awarded, one per winner. Each prize is one 2026 Eerie Acres Farm t-shirt (the new giveaway design, not sold at the booth), in the winner's choice of available size. Approximate retail value $20 each, $60 in total. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute one of equal or greater value.
8. Winner notification and delivery
Winners will be notified by email at the address used to enter, within two days of the drawing. A winner who does not reply within 72 hours of that email, or who turns out to be ineligible, forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner will be drawn. Sponsor will arrange pickup at the farm or local drop-off with each winner; prizes are not shipped.
9. Your information
Entering adds your email address to the Eerie Acres Farm email list. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing has no effect on an entry already made. Sponsor does not sell or share entrant information. Sponsor may announce winners by first name and last initial on its website and social pages.
10. General conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure or anything else outside its control affects its fairness. Winners accept prizes as offered and release Sponsor from liability arising from the prize or participation in the giveaway, to the extent the law allows. These rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

For the names of the winners, email eerieacresfarm@gmail.com after Monday, October 5, 2026.
